Propósito del rol
Desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales efectivas en cadenas de farmacias, asegurando la visibilidad, disponibilidad y rotación del portafolio cardiometabólico a nivel nacional.
¿Cuál será tu impacto?
- Gestionar aproximadamente 10 clientes clave dentro del canal retail.
- Liderar la relación y negociación con cadenas como Cruz Verde, Olímpica y Pasteur.
- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de trade marketing orientadas a resultados.
- Definir estrategias de pricing alineadas a la dinámica del mercado.
- Analizar información comercial para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Asegurar la correcta implementación de iniciativas en punto de venta.
- Trabajar de manera cercana con los equipos comerciales para maximizar la ejecución.
- Profesional en áreas administrativas, comerciales o afines.
Experiencia
- Experiencia previa como KAM o en trade marketing dentro de la industria farmacéutica.
- Conocimiento y experiencia en línea cardiometabólica.
- Experiencia sólida en canal retail.
Conocimientos clave
- Trade marketing y ejecución en punto de venta.
- Excel avanzado y manejo de datos.
- Análisis de información comercial.
- Estrategias de pricing y negociación.
