As an HR Partner for the Integrated Product Development Organization (IPDO) at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, you will serve as a strategic people partner to the Formulations R&D verticals. You will enable IPDO’s mission of cost leadership, first-to-market advantage, deep scientific capability, and accelerated product delivery through robust people strategies and execution. You will partner closely with Delivery managers, tech-leads, Experts and HR COEs to translate IPDO’s priorities into effective people interventions that drive productivity, engagement, and sustainable performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End People Process Ownership
- Own and execute end-to-end people processes for the assigned IPDO cohort in Formulation Verticals, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience.
- Drive disciplined execution of people processes in line with defined standards, governance, and timelines.
- Partner with HR COEs (Talent, Capability Building, Employee Experience, Rewards) to deliver scalable and business-relevant solutions.
2. Talent Management, Staffing & Capability Building
- Execute IPDO’s talent strategy for the assigned cohort, aligned to current and future product pipeline and delivery requirements.
- Support staffing and capacity planning to enable optimal deployment of scientific and technical talent across projects.
- Anticipate future capability needs driven by evolving product complexity, platform technologies, regulatory expectations, and speed-to-market goals.
- Drive internal mobility, learning interventions, mentoring, to build niche scientific capabilities.
3. Drive Culture Change
- Support culture transformation initiatives aligned to IPDO’s product delivery agenda.
- Drive on-ground implementation of culture initiatives, ensuring active participation of bench scientists and technical teams.
- Enable leaders and employees through transitions with structured change management, clear communication, and sustained engagement.
4. Performance Enablement & Development
- Drive the performance enablement process, ensuring effective goal setting aligned to project milestones, regular check-ins, and timely feedback.
- Coach managers on performance management practices suited to highly skilled scientific and technical professionals.
- Reinforce a performance culture that balances speed, quality, collaboration, and scientific rigor.
5. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
- Partner with Delivery Managers (DMs) and leaders to build inclusive leadership capabilities and DEI awareness.
- Drive initiatives to attract, engage, and retain diverse talent within IPDO.
- Embed DEI principles across talent, performance, and development processes to strengthen equity and representation.

Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR partnering or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed organization.
- Experience supporting R&D, technology, innovation, or highly specialized professional populations is strongly preferred.
- Strong data and analytics capability, with the ability to translate insights into actionable, business-relevant strategies.
