Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to provide strategic leadership in human resources by aligning organizational vision, understanding cultural dynamics, driving effective workforce planning, talent management, performance, compensation, and engagement strategies, ultimately fostering a high-performance and engaged workforce. Successful execution of strategic HR initiatives is expected to result in a high-performance, engaged, and diverse workforce aligned with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for demonstrating a profound understanding of the organizational vision, purpose, and strategic requirements. Stay attuned to the organizational culture, norms, and key influencers, while remaining cognizant of external factors impacting organizational performance.
• You will be responsible for actively participating in workforce planning and budgeting exercises, emphasizing productivity and optimizing manpower. Facilitate the alignment of organizational design with business strategy, identifying and addressing process gaps.
• You will be responsible for conducting talent reviews, competency assessments, and individual development planning. Support the creation of a robust talent pipeline through career and succession planning, ensuring timely and effective hiring that aligns with organizational needs. Promote diversity within the workforce.
• You will be responsible for leading the annual performance management process, adding value and ensuring governance. Foster a performance culture through goal setting, continuous feedback, and consequence management. Coach and enable managers in the performance process.
• You will be responsible for managing compensation and benefits processes aligned with business requirements. Implement annual compensation processes to attract and retain talent.
• You will be responsible for ensuring a best-in-class on-boarding experience for new joiners. Facilitate a smooth transition and orientation for employees at different locations.
• You will be responsible for engaging with leadership and managing stakeholder expectations. Proactively address employee grievances and concerns. Foster transparent and open communication to support the desired organizational culture.
• You will be responsible for managing relations with external agencies and federations. Educate managers on labour laws, promoting a meritocratic work culture.
• You will be responsible for periodic HR MIS reports and analysis for customer groups. Conduct HR analytics to identify retention strategies and address underlying challenges.
Educational qualification: MBA/Master degree in Management from a premium Institute (Preferably Human Resources Management)
Minimum work Experience: 5-10 years of experience
