Job Description

About the role
Talent Scout lead will lead the talent sourcing strategy for the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for handling the company’s end to end talent sourcing operations. To be successful as a strategic talent scout lead, you need to have a solid understanding of talent sourcing channels, talent market in pharma industry, negotiation methods as well as substantial experience in a similar capacity.
Responsibilities
 Oversee and manage team of talent scouts, assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing guidance and support.
 Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies aligned with the organization's recruitment goals and business needs.
 Provide feedback to Recruitment COE on the effectiveness of the sourcing channels. Recommend new channels for untapped sources.
 Develop engagement strategies to build relationships with potential candidates and maintain their interest.
 Gather feedback from hiring managers, candidates, and team members to refine sourcing strategies.
 Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to clarify job specifications and requirements
 Effectively communicate with various stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
 Leveraging technology, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in identifying and tracking candidates.
 Building and nurturing relationships with industry professionals, attending networking events, and representing the organization at relevant conferences.
 Provide training, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
 Analyse sourcing data to measure the success of strategies and make data driven decisions.
 Manage sourcing related budgets and allocate resources effectively
 Establish sourcing metrics, track performance, and provide regular reports on sourcing effectiveness.


Qualifications

Requirements and Skills

 Graduate in HR with 10+ years of experience with at least 4+ years of experience in handling functional sourcing teams.
 Deeper understanding about industry trends, market dynamics and emerging technologies that help build sourcing strategy.
 Understanding the importance of diversity and inclusion in workplace which in turn helps drive sourcing strategy to attract diversity candidates.
 Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and policies.
 Knowledge of external best practices - Talent Sourcing.
 Familiarity with the skills, qualifications, and certifications relevant to various job positions and relevant industries. Knowledge of skill shortages and areas of high demand in the market.
 Hands on experience with sourcing software. Experience in leading sourcing team preferably Pharma industry.
 Outstanding negotiation abilities.
 Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Team player. Great Collaboration skills.
 Good time-management skills.
 Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
 Strong stakeholder management ad collaboration
