As an Experience Strategist at Dr. Reddy's Internal Experience Design Studio, you will play a key role in designing delightful experiences for our customers across various businesses and products in multiple markets. You will collaborate with multiple departments to create and implement strategies that enhance customer and patient journeys, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute experience strategies that elevate the customer and patient journey across various touchpoints.
- Conduct user research to understand customer and patient needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and experience blueprints to guide design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing, to align experience initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and high-quality outputs.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve the overall experience.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of experience strategies through performance metrics and feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and inspire innovative experience approaches.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the studio.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Experience Strategist or similar role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful experience strategy projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
