Descripción
- Gestionar y coordinar las actividades de farmacovigilancia para garantizar el cumplimiento normativo.
- Manejo y conocimiento de PSUR (Informe Periódico de Actualización de Seguridad).
- Manejo y conocimiento de PGR (Plan de Gestión del Riesgo).
- Supervisar la recopilación, evaluación y reporte de eventos adversos relacionados con los productos.
- Garantizar la correcta implementación de los sistemas de farmacovigilancia en la organización.
- Preparar y revisar informes periódicos de seguridad y otros documentos regulatorios.
- Coordinar la capacitación del personal interno en temas de farmacovigilancia.
- Establecer comunicación con entidades regulatorias y socios externos en relación con la seguridad de los productos.
- Identificar y mitigar riesgos asociados a los productos en el mercado.
- Participar en auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con farmacovigilancia.
- Título profesional Quimico Farmaceutico o Medico
- Capacidad para analizar datos y preparar informes técnicos.
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas y sistemas de gestión de farmacovigilancia.
- Dominio del inglés avanzado.
