🎯 Role Overview
This creative role combines the analytical precision of site merchandising with the flair of visual adaptation. You’ll be responsible for optimizing product display pages to drive conversions and coordinating with brand teams to adapt key visuals for media deployment across platforms.
🛒 Key Responsibilities
1. Site Merchandising
- Audit and optimize product display pages (PDPs) across all e-commerce platforms
- Ensure accurate, compelling product content including titles, descriptions, images, and A+ content; in line with the KW audit outcomes & requirements for the product
- Manage execution of PDP content on different vendor portals/co-ordinating with platforms POCs as relevant
- Monitor conversion metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Monitor organic ranking and work towards improving the same
- Collaborate with performance marketing and category teams to align merchandising with campaign goals
- Stay updated on platform-specific best practices and algorithm changes
2. Creative Adaptation
- Liaise with brand teams to gather key visuals and campaign assets
- Co-ordinate on creative adapts basis platform-specific formats and dimensions
- Ensure brand consistency and high visual impact across all media deployments
- Coordinate with design teams or external agencies for timely delivery of assets
- Maintain a repository of creatives and track usage across campaigns
Reporting and analysis of deployed creatives and timely interventions
🧩 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or creative coordination
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa Partner Portal, etc.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Eye for detail and a passion for consumer-centric storytelling
