Job Description

Job Description – Digital Marketing Manager

The primary role of this candidate will be to drive digital marketing and Omni channel marketing by supporting and guiding country teams across Rx and OTC portfolios: 

Ideal person: 

  • To Support Digital Marketing Initiatives and OCM for Rx and OTC Business. Responsible for creating a strategy for integrating digital with multi channels, whilst remaining tactically involved in the execution of programs with local countries in order to achieve brand objective.
  • Drive development of Global Digital Assets like HCP Engagement Portals, Apps etc.
  • Conceptualise, Develop and get the Digital campaigns executed and measure the results   based on target KPIs for the Initiatives.
  • Share insight and analysis with country team which can be leveraged for managing digital assets way forward for the brand
  • Work closely with cross functional teams across Regulatory, Medical, Analytics, technology marketing and Legal to ensure digital marketing activities remain compliant with DRL policies
  • Project Manage the digital platform and OCM content development and creatives. Review the results and work of country teams and initiate required interventions for best results. Suggest the required changes in campaigns or the plans to the country digital/OCM lead.
  • Connect the dots of Omni channel with integrations and synchronize Digital, traditional and F2F channels for maximum impact.
  • Develop, agree and track key KPIs for digital initiatives. Build strong analytical capabilities in the ecosystem, by defining “what to measure” and “How to measure” for each digital initiative across search, social, display & mobile.

Business Understanding: Understanding of Healthcare Marketing., Pharma Business understanding, Strong in understanding technology and Martech, Marketing Principles, Cross-functional and cross country team collaboration.

     Educational & Experience:

    • 6-9 years of Work Experience
