Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deep Knowledge on operation, Maintenance and Trouble shooting of CEM Reactor and RPHPLC
• Deep knowledge on Hydraulics
• Deep knowledge on sterility
• Asset robustness improvement
• Basic knowledge about control systems and PLC’s     

Additionally, General Engineering SME practices

• Capability building of process engineers and operators
• Breakdown Trouble shooting whenever site engineering Head/designee demands
• Breakdown History analysis to mitigate repeat failures
• Unplanned Intervention history analysis to achieve ZERO stoppage
• Periodical review of PM standards and M1 notification monitor during execution of PM
• Spare parts consumption trend analysis and Management of spares ABC analysis
• Technical brainstorm with CFT on repeat failure & MTTR
• Compliance on current regulatory standards related equipment design and controls
• Kaizens on repeat failures and unplanned interventions
• Equipment CPP and CQA review by golden profile comparison method
• Investigation review related to MFG equipment failures
• Horizontal deployment of CAPA
• CAPA effectiveness verification to reach STEP 6 on 7ladder
• Sustainability of MES interms of design and controls
• Conditional predictive maintenance on MFG equipment's
• OPL deployment to operators and Process engineers
• New Proposed equipment design review
• Commission and qualification of equipment's
• Support any technical/ Documentation activities at site as per instruction from Engineering Head
• Follow the safety procedure like PPE usage during work execution at site
• To support project team for ongoing projects at site
• To perform any task/project assigned by engineering head
• Ensuring implementation of Good Engineering Practices
• He should support to Technical service team for Validation & Qualification of New & existing equipment’s

Qualification - B.Tech - Mechanical
