Purpose :

Candidate will support the Regional lead for DRL’s Ethics/ Compliance program oversight and implementation for the region and/or for the business division by providing compliance training and guidance to the stakeholders, with the objective of assuring companies compliance policies/ business objectives are achieved in accordance with the applicable laws/ regulations.

Business Understanding : Good Pharma understanding on OTC and Generic business

Kwowledge : Indepth knowledge of health care risk and compliance requirements under law and under various medical codes applicable in some of the countries/ jurisdictions

Behavioural Skills :

• Analytical thinking and ability
• Strong communication skills
• Legal and moral integrity
• Good command of English and regional language
• Good knowledge of Pharma Industry/ Marketing Code Stds

Mandatory Skills : Legal, ethics, Compliance

Education/Qualification : Chartered Accountant
