Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of monthly Supply & Material planning processes in  Kinaxis & ERP systems with defined timelines.
• Master data management process & Governance
• Drive improvement in Supply planning to ensure accuracy of system generated plans and drive adoption with  planners
• Root cause analysis for non-adoption of system plans & improving the process, logics & eliminating system issues for adherence to system plans.
• Actively participate in the SCM digital initiatives & driving projects to deliver excellence in planning processes
• Delivering on the identified Continuous process improvement actions through project management & CFT collaboration.
• Standardizations & Digitization of Supply chain Metrics for tracking and management reporting
• Work with Kinaxis & SAP SMEs to configure and improve planning processes & Systems
• Analysis of various data sets to drive insights & action plans aimed at overall improvement of planning process

Educational Qualification

MBA in SCM or Operations management

4+ years of experience in the Supply chain management with deep understanding of Supply and material planning process in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry

Skills & Attributes 

• End to end Supply chain planning processes understanding
• Holistic approach & Systems thinking
• Analytical with a strong bias for action and data-based decision
• Excellent communication & Presentation skills
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Supply Chain planning processes
• Knowledge of planning tools like Kinaxis Maestro & ERP system like S4HANA
• Broad understanding of Indian Pharma or FMCG industry.
