1. Possess good knowledge of plant maintenance/utilities/water system/HVAC systems.
2. Ensure cost & energy efficiency initiatives are identified & implemented appropriately to optimize the cost.
3. Liaises with SCM to develop & manage new vendors.
4. Ensure reduction of breakdown rate by utilizing preventive/predictive/CBM maintenance approach.
5. Provide engineering technical support to improve plant equipment reliability.
6. Stay updated on new technology advancements and works toward technology improvement of plant equipment’s.
7. Facilitate development of SOP’s for equipment’s and maintenance
8. Work towards improvement of spare management practices.
9. Focus on skill development of engineering teams.
10. Exposure in TPM/Sigma
11. Exposure to multi plant/multi location environment

Qualification: B.E – Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation

Experience:  15+ yrs.
