Is there a Referral policy at Dr. Reddy's?

What are the training opportunities available at Dr. Reddy's?
We have a robust L&D division and progressive people practices. We provide training opportunities to employees to develop skills in the current role and keep them abreast with the latest market advancement. Targeted development opportunities are created for all levels which help employees further their career at Dr. Reddy’s. There are various skill building /career transition programmes that are floated through the year and a dedicated learning platform to cater to the learning needs. We help get our employees exposure through external best practices and growth programs which allow you to transition into other roles. We also provide Higher Education support for courses from reputed institutes.
What are the growth, mobility and global opportunities available at Dr. Reddy's?

Does Dr. Reddy's recruit students/freshers?

What should I expect from an interview?
We look at the relevant experiences/skills, educational background and evaluate applicants against technical skills and our ASPIRE Framework (Aspirational Growth Mindset, Speed and Rigour in Execution, People Leadership, Innovation, Results Driven, Excellence Focus) while hiring. This is generally facilitated through multiple rounds of interviews with the hiring manager, HR and the relevant panel.
